No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products being Ayurvedic health supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every item we ship.

🔁 Replacement Policy (Packaging or Delivery Issues)

We will offer a free replacement only under the following circumstances:

• The product was delivered damaged or broken

• You received the wrong item

• The seal was broken upon delivery

To request a replacement:

1. Email us at info@dhanuraayurveda.com within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include:

   • Your order ID

   • Clear photos/videos of the issue

   • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.
